As you might guess, EcoSEO doesn’t really consider itself a conventional SEO agency. No, in all honesty, it’s more of a small team of curious people with their grubby little fingers in a lot of pies: prodding and poking, trialling new theories and testing out the limits of what breaks (and, hopefully, what works).

One search result at a time, we’re doing our best to help drag the internet kicking and screaming in a better direction.

Simple mission, really—helping businesses grow with honest, transparent and up-to-date SEO. No gimmicks. No hyperbole. And now we’d like to help a few more bright minds take it on with us.

If you like solving puzzles… or if you derive some alarming amount of satisfaction from having made something on the internet work a hair better than it did five minutes ago… or if you’re the kind of person that has to tinker until something is just “right”—we’re probably going to like you too.

People are important around here. That’s not a carefully crafted line from some dusty corporate manual, that’s actually how we work. EcoSEO only works because we, as a team, work, and we take that responsibility very seriously. We’ve tried to create a space for people to grow, experiment with new ideas and, frankly, actually be themselves without having to uncomfortably contort themselves into some cardboard cutout of a “corporate” self.

Got a geeky obsession with SEO strategy? Maybe you’re an amazing writer? Or are happiest when you’re elbow deep in the technical details? Whatever your particular niche may be, chances are we’ve got room for it.

You’ll be working on live projects for live businesses: real people, seriously trying to make their businesses grow, not some nebulous imaginary case study or a “someday” project. It’s real work, day in and day out, and it means more than you might expect.
