Optimizing Google My Business (GMB)

Coffeebru’s Google My Business profile was a mess.

Outdated hours, boring menu and zero promotions or eye catching photos.

No wonder they weren’t showing up in local search.

We gave their GMB a full makeover. Everything got updated and accurate.

We added a new menu and took some great photos of their cozy space and famous coffee.

We also added some special deals to grab people’s attention.

Simplifying Review Management

Customer Reviews on GMB were a bit a headache for Coffeebru.

Without any kind of system in place, they couldn’t keep up with replies or make the most of positive customer feedback.

Our team brought in a new review management tool that pulled all reviews into one easy dashboard. By using this system, Coffeebru’s team could respond fast and stress free.

We also took some time out to train them on how to reply to reviews (both positive and negative)

This turned feedback from a chore into an opportunity to build real connections and show off their amazing service.

Encouraging Customer Engagement

Getting customer reviews is rather difficult, but a necessity.

Getting customers to leave reviews was one of our main SEO plans to boosting Coffeebru’s reputation and rankings.

There was unfornuately not plan in place and lots of reviews got lost.

So, we launched a simple campaign: QR codes on receipts and posters in-store.

This worked immediatly as customers could leave a review right after their visit — easy and quick.

To sweeten the deal, reviewers got shoutouts in monthly “Customer Spotlight” posts on Coffeebru’s socials.

This created a fun vibe of recognition and community.

The result? More reviews and stronger relationships with customers.

In just three months, Coffeebru’s revamped strategy delivered incredible results:
